The ERA has retained the services of CA Management to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Association. They are responsible for executing and managing all of the contracts entered into by the ERA, collecting the annual resident association fees, pursuing overdue accounts, and providing general financial and legal support to the volunteer board of directors. |
