Web Candy Design Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Assistant/ Customer Service.
Responsibilities and Skill Requirements
- Contacting existing customers to up-sell and cross-sell services
- Assist the VP Sales with sales inquiries, proposals and client follow up
- Under the direction of sales management, assist with sales and marketing efforts, events, campaigns, etc.
- Maintain the company CRM customer database
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Inside Sales Experience Preferred
- Excellent Phone and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Computer and Internet Skills including Social Networking a Plus
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience
- The ideal candidate must have minimum of 1-2 years experience
