Palko Environmental provides waste management and resource recovery solutions to the oil and gas industry in western Canada. Palko facilities treat, recover and dispose of water, oils and solids found in oil and gas field wastes, including produced water and completion water, workover fluids, frac fluids, drilling fluids, drilling muds and wastes from spills.

The Calgary Zone and its members have recently been recognized as the best of the best, awarded the "2010 Outstanding Zone Award" on June 27 at the Canadian Ski Patrol System's National Annual Conference in Montreal. The "Douglas Firth Award", named after the founder of the system, is the highest award the system can bestow on a zone and its members.
