Calgary Business Hall of Fame Gala Dinner

Calgary - Web Candy Design Inc wants to again congratulate the 2009 inductees to the Calgary Business Hall of Fame. The new inductees include Mr. Allan (Al) Markin, Mr. Edward (Ed) McNally, and Senator Patrick (Pat) Burns (posthumously); these individuals truly represent inspirational leadership within our community and our country. The Gala Dinner and Induction Ceremony was held last night (November 4th, 2009) with a wonderful performance by Jan Lisiecki and an amazing dinner by the chefs at the Hyatt Regency.

Web Candy wants to thank Junior Achievement and the Calgary Business Hall of Fame and is very proud to be involved in such a great community work.

Zeidler Farm launches their new CMS website!

Calgary - Web Candy Design Inc is very pleased to have published the new Zeidler Farm website. Zeidler Farm contracted Web Candy Design to design and build a Content Management System (CMS) for their website. Zeidler's new website will allow them to manage and update their website themselves.

Zeidler Farm Canada is a state-of-the-art horse training and show facility located in DeWinton, Alberta. The farm is just 10 minutes South of the world famous Spruce Meadows.

NuFarm Intranet Content Management System (CMS) published

Calgary - Web Candy is very excited to recently completed the Intranet project for NuFarm. Nufarm contracted out Web Candy Design Inc to design, build, create a dynamic Content Management System (CMS) for their internal staff to use.

Nufarm is not quite as new as you may think. However, after 10 years operating in Canada, Nufarm has introduced a refreshingly new way of thinking that breaks from tradition.

Note: A live demo of this is not possible due to the fact that this project is only availabe on the NuFarm internal network.

Website Update for the Esthetic Institute

Calgary - Web Candy Design Inc today launched a fresh new face and content for Calgary esthetician training center The Esthetic Institute: a company for whom Web Candy had previously supplied a custom web design solution. The new look is part of a coordinated website update service designed to compliment marketing materials used by The Esthetic Institute and also to showcase their upcoming 2010 educational schedule.

Located in Calgary, Alberta, The Esthetic Institute is one of the newest esthetic training facilities attracting students nationally. Their newly expanded 5400 square foot Training Center, offers both beginner and advanced certified courses in a beautiful spa-like ambient environment.
